Scope and contact
rovermoxar.forum publishes independent technical reading. This edition has no member registration, public posting system, advertising scripts or embedded third-party analytics. Contact the site at [email protected] about this notice or information you have provided directly.
Reports stay in your browser
The fault report tool processes the text you enter in the current page. Its script does not transmit report contents, create a user account or write report contents to cookies, localStorage or a database. Selecting Copy asks your browser to place the prepared text on your clipboard. Selecting Download creates a local plain-text file.
Your browser, operating system, clipboard synchronisation, extensions or device backup service may retain data independently. We cannot clear those copies. Clearing the form removes its current contents from the page; it does not delete a downloaded file or text you have copied elsewhere. Avoid entering sensitive personal or vehicle identifiers.
Website requests and technical records
Opening the site necessarily sends network information to the hosting infrastructure, such as an IP address, requested URL, request time and browser request headers. Hosting or security services may keep technical logs to deliver the site, investigate faults and protect against abuse. This page does not claim that hosting infrastructure is log-free or specify an unverified log-retention period.
The supplied website code contains no analytics beacons, advertising pixels or external image requests. Ordinary browser caching may store copies of public pages and assets. See the Cookie Notice for the distinction between cookies, local storage and cached files.
Email you choose to send
If you email the site, your address, message and any attachments are handled through email services rather than the local report tool. They may be used to respond, review a correction, maintain relevant correspondence or protect against abuse. Do not send medical details, identification documents or private third-party records.
Correspondence should be retained only as necessary for the enquiry, related records or applicable legal obligations. We do not promise a fixed deletion date that could conflict with those obligations. Contact us to ask about a particular message or request deletion where applicable.
Sharing and legal grounds
Operating a website and answering correspondence can involve hosting and email providers. Relevant information may also need to be disclosed where lawfully required or necessary to address abuse or legal claims. The site code does not sell report contents or send them to marketing services.
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, technical delivery and security may rely on legitimate interests, correspondence may be handled to respond to your request, and some processing may be necessary for legal obligations. The applicable basis depends on the circumstances and jurisdiction.
Your choices and rights
You can choose not to use the report tool or email the site. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or to object to certain processing. Requests may require proportionate identity verification. You may also be entitled to complain to your local data-protection authority, such as the UK Information Commissioner’s Office where relevant.
External sites have their own policies. Following a reference link or sending email places the relevant interaction outside this page. This notice may be revised when site functionality or data handling changes; check it before sharing information.
